This Privacy Policy explains how Jovana Universe LLC ("Jovana Universe," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit our website or use our product, Just Say It, and related services (together, the "Services"). We aim to collect the minimum information needed to operate the Services.

  • Content you create. Text you dictate or enter while using the Services, and settings such as your personal dictionary terms.
  • Voice input. When you dictate, your audio is processed as a live stream solely to produce your text and is then discarded. Audio is not written to a server, and transcripts are off by default unless you explicitly opt in.
  • Usage information. Limited, privacy-respecting technical data — such as device type and app version — used to keep the Services secure and improve them.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • To process payments and manage your subscription;
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support;
  • To send important account, security, and service notices;
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
