These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and product operated by Jovana Universe LLC ("Jovana Universe," "we," "us," or "our"), including Just Say It (together, the "Services"). Paid Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) at the prices listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle.
We may offer free trials. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and the applicable fees will be charged. Trial terms are described at sign-up.
You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
The Services, including all software, design, and branding, are owned by Jovana Universe LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Services as intended.
We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we'll aim to give reasonable notice.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jovana Universe LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we will make Your Content available for export for a reasonable period where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
